Blinds 2000 is experiencing heavy delays with installation commitments and quoting appointments due to high volumes and unexpected numbers of staff members off work due to Covid contraction, Isolation as a result of and other personal staffing reasons which have coincided with Covid. Unfortunately, this has affected over 60% of our workforce at present. Our factories are also experiencing some of these issues along with material delays due to International shipping issues.

Please bear with us through what we hope will be a short period – we are now delaying our onsite measures in order to prioritise installations to clear our present back log. We are prioritising the installations in date order but are only scheduling 2 days in advance due to our constantly changing environment. Thank you for your understanding.

CORONAVIRUS - COVID-19 UPDATE - Level 2
Blinds 2000 HB and Taupo branches are now operating under Level 2 protocol. Our showrooms are open and our consultants are back to regular hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
We are still encouraging social distancing of 2 meters and ask our clients to sanitise hands upon entry to keep our showroom samples to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE
Blinds 2000 are now open and operating under Level 3 protocol.

Our showrooms in both Napier and Taupo will remain closed until Monday 4th May and will be by appointment only after this date and during this level.

Blinds 2000 are happy to continue to provide you with a quote based on your measurements. On-site measures can be carried out by our consultants under certain circumstances. Please contact our office only, via email or phone 06 843 5540 to discuss Level 3 protocols and restrictions for measures.

For Blinds 2000 clients who have product already in the pipeline please note that our factories in New Zealand are now open operating under Level 3 and we are expecting daily deliveries. Once in receipt we will prioritise these installations and will be in contact with you immediately.

COVID-19 UPDATE
Blinds 2000 would like to share our best wishes with our clients and fellow New Zealanders during this unknown time. Stay safe.
Blinds 2000 will be closed for the duration of the Level 4 Lockdown period but if you need to contact us, John and Kelly van Raders will be available via email or phone 06 843 5540 to answer any questions you may have. We are also happy to continue to provide you with a quote based on your measurements although these will be subject to an on-site measure once the government announces that it is safe to reopen.

For Blinds 2000 clients who have product already in the pipeline please note that although the factories in New Zealand are in lockdown they are fully up to date, so once we are back open for business, there should be no extra time delays on these orders. We will prioritise these installations and will be in contact with you immediately once in receipt of your product.
