Last week of Term 1 already… where did that go?! 😅 Sunday = lunchbox prep in our house.

This week’s lineup:
⭐️ Anzac slice (with added apricots)
⭐️ Oatmeal cookies (swapped raisins for choc chips)
⭐️ Date & nut balls (sunflower seeds + peanuts instead of hazelnuts & pistachios)
⭐️ “Banana” cake… but made with feijoas 🍃

I love how versatile Cookidoo recipes are — so easy to make swaps and use what you already have at home. I also cut the sugar in half for all of these and freeze half for later 🙌
