• The remaining balance must be settled at least
1-WEEK before the event.
• For bookings made close to the event date, FULL PAYMENT is required upon confirmation.
As a provider of live leather stamping services, these policies are necessary due to the nature of our preparations:
- Leather items are sourced from suppliers who require full payment in advance.
- Our packages include table setup based on your event theme, which may require purchasing specific decor and materials.
- Our team is scheduled ahead of time, and we secure their availability by confirming and compensating them early, especially since many have varying schedules.
Rush bookings are more challenging as they involve immediate coordination and preparation, which is why full payment is required for last-minute events.
I kindly ask for your respect and understanding of our payment policy. We also encourage everyone to avoid comparing our process with other suppliers, as each business has its own system, preparations, and standards in delivering services.
