We proudly introduce Juliamae G. Marte, a seasoned culinary educator, entrepreneur, and mentor whose passion and dedication have shaped both classrooms and professional kitchens for over 15 years.

Her inspiring journey reflects excellence, discipline, and heart for the culinary arts.

As the visionary behind Julia’s Patisserie (2012) and Tiyoy Bakeshop (2020), she has built thriving businesses in Cagayan de Oro grounded in quality, creativity, and consistency in craft.

Her impact goes beyond entrepreneurship. As an HRM and Culinary Instructor at institutions such as STI College and Liceo de Cagayan University, she has successfully bridged academic learning with real-world kitchen excellence—shaping future chefs and hospitality professionals.

A true champion in the field, she has also mentored winning teams in prestigious competitions such as KUMBIRA and the Pinoy Cook-off Inter-School Competition, earning overall titles and top honors through her leadership and expertise.

Her strong academic foundation from Mindanao University of Science and Technology, along with her degree in Technicians Teacher Education (Major in Food Trades), is further strengthened by advanced studies in Educational Planning and Management.

She is also TESDA-certified in Training Methodology (TM-AM) and has undergone advanced culinary training at International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management — reinforcing her commitment to lifelong learning and excellence.

🏝️ At Henann Resort Boracay, Chef John spent years as a Pastry Commis—learning discipline, precision, and the foundations of classic pastry.

🏨 In Cagayan de Oro, he helped build the pastry department of Limketkai Luxe Hotel as a Demi Chef, stepping into leadership and responsibility.
