🍤✨ Garlic Butter Shrimp, My Way! Fried until crispy, then coated in rich, buttery garlic goodness. A simple yet flavorful dish that's sure to impress! 😋 Perfect for seafood lovers! 💛
Ingredients:
500g shrimp (cleaned, deveined)
4-5 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
▪︎Clean the Shrimp: Remove the dirt from the shrimp and rinse thoroughly. Set aside.
▪︎Mince the Garlic: Use a food processor to finely mince the garlic for a more even texture.
▪︎Prepare the Butter Mixture: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add half a bar of butter and let it melt completely.
▪︎Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until it turns slightly brown and aromatic.
▪︎Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan. Sauté together with the garlic-butter mixture. ▪︎Season with black pepper and salt, then mix well.
▪︎Fry Until Crispy: Set aside half of the shrimp. Add a bit of oil to the pan if needed, and fry the remaining shrimp until crispy.
▪︎Repeat: Repeat the frying process for the other half of the shrimp until crispy.
▪︎Serve: Serve your Garlic Butter Shrimp hot, with rice or as a snack.
