Crunchy + savory 😋
Tofu sisig muna tayo today!
Ingredients:
• 300g tofu (cubed)
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1–2 siling haba, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
• ½–1 tsp sugar (pang-balance ng lasa)
• Optional: green onions / calamansi
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pat dry ang tofu at fry lightly hanggang golden brown.
2️⃣ Igisa ang garlic at onion hanggang mabango at soft.
3️⃣ Idagdag ang bell pepper at siling haba, sauté ng 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Ihalo ang tofu, timplahan ng soy sauce at kaunting sugar para balanced ang lasa.
5️⃣ Patayin ang apoy, saka i-mix ang mayonnaise.
6️⃣ Garnish with green onions o calamansi. Enjoy! 😋
