Creamy Rotel Chicken Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients:
spaghetti noodles
cooked chicken shredded
rotel tomatoes
cream cheese
cheddar cheese shredded
heavy cream
butter
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
black pepper

Steps:
cook spaghetti until tender and drain
melt cream cheese butter and heavy cream in pan
add rotel tomatoes and seasonings
stir in chicken and half of the cheddar cheese
mix spaghetti into sauce until fully coated
transfer to baking dish
top with remaining cheese
bake until hot and bubbly

Honey Sriracha Glazed Turkey Wings

Ingredients:
turkey wings
honey
sriracha sauce
soy sauce
garlic minced
paprika

Steps:
season turkey wings with paprika salt and pepper

Ingredients:
large baked potatoes
shrimp chopped
crab meat
butter
garlic minced
cream cheese

Steps:
bake potatoes until soft

Steps:
cook onion celery and bell pepper in butter until soft

Lemon Herb Rigatoni with Burrata & Roasted Pine Nuts

Ingredients

For the Pasta:

12 oz rigatoni pasta

1/4 cup pasta cooking water (reserved)

1 tbsp sea salt (for boiling water)

For the Lemon Herb Sauce:

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 large lemon, zested and juiced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh chives, snipped

For the Roasted Pine Nuts:

1/4 cup pine nuts

1 tsp olive oil

1/8 tsp salt

For Garnish:

1 ball fresh burrata cheese (8 oz)

1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, freshly grated

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, place pine nuts in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Toast, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large skillet or wide pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic is golden but not brown.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain the rigatoni.

Add the cooked pasta directly into the skillet with the garlic oil. Pour in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and half of the reserved pasta water.

Toss the pasta vigorously over medium heat for 1 minute until the sauce coats the ridges of the rigatoni. Add more pasta water if a silkier consistency is desired.

Remove from heat and fold in the fresh parsley and chives.

Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl. Place the burrata ball in the center and break it open with a knife to let the creamy stracciatella spill out.

Top with roasted pine nuts, grated parmigiano-reggiano, and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients
For the Salmon

500 g salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
½ tsp salt
ÂĽ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon zest

For the Pistachio Crust

Âľ cup (90 g) pistachios, finely crushed
2 tbsp (15 g) breadcrumbs (optional for extra crisp)

For the Maple Drizzle

3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Garnish

Fresh parsley or dill
Extra crushed pistachios
Cracked black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Pat salmon cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest.

Press each piece into crushed pistachios to coat evenly.

Place salmon bites on the baking tray and lightly drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until salmon is cooked and pistachios are golden.

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

Drizzle maple sauce over the warm salmon bites.

Garnish with fresh herbs, extra pistachios, and cracked black pepper.

🍗 Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:

* 2 large chicken breasts (cut into 4 thin pieces)
* 1/4 cup plain/all‑purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 2 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 eschalots or shallots, finely chopped
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 2 cups sliced white mushrooms
* 1 cup dry Marsala wine
* 1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
* 1/2 cup heavy/thickened cream
* 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions:

1. Pound chicken pieces to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each piece lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium‑high heat; cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove to a plate.
4. Add remaining butter, shallots and garlic to the pan; sauté until soft.
5. Add mushrooms and cook until they release liquid and soften.

Golden Soy-Glazed Chicken Stir-Fry with Crisp Spring Vegetables and Sesame Finish
Ingredients:

700 g boneless chicken thighs, sliced into strips

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp sesame oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion, sliced

2 carrots, thinly sliced

1 cup snow peas

3 spring onions, sliced

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Directions:

In a bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.

Toss well and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside briefly.

In the same pan, sauté onions and carrots for 3 minutes until slightly tender.

Add snow peas and spring onions, cooking for another 2 minutes while keeping the vegetables crisp.

Return the chicken to the pan and toss everything together until coated in the glossy soy-garlic glaze.

Sprinkle with chili flakes and sesame seeds before serving.

Serve hot alongside fluffy jasmine rice.
