I used to be that makulit na bata, always in the kitchen, always curious, always watching the adults cook lalo na kapag may handaan. I thought it was just habit, just something I got used to growing up, lalo na at pamilya kami na mahihilig magluto.
Back then, I thought I was just being curious… just a kid na mahilig makialam, walang ibang magawa kundi tumingin at sumingit sa kusina. I didn’t realize it then, but those small moments were already shaping something in me. What I thought was simple curiosity was actually the beginning of something deeper.
What I grew up around, I eventually grew into. 👩🍳🤍
