Design is our profession. Relationships are how we grow.

In her first year with BNI, Patrocinio Designs' Design Director, Alyn Patrocinio Mejia, earned her first place among BNI Taguig's Top 25 Referral Partners for August 2026.

It's a milestone we're proud of—not simply for the ranking, but for what it represents: trust, collaboration, and creating opportunities for others.

Because the best projects rarely begin with a sales pitch.
They begin with someone saying, “I know someone you should talk to.”

DIY sounds cheaper… until the repairs, revisions, and repeat costs start showing up.

In design and construction, many expensive problems happen not because people lacked budget — but because the right experts were not involved early enough.

At Patrocinio Designs + ISA, we strongly believe that good projects are built through proper collaboration:
✔️ Proper planning
✔️ Coordinated technical systems
✔️ Smart space planning
✔️ Expert ex*****on
✔️ One aligned team

This May 12, we’re joining fellow professionals from construction, airconditioning, waterproofing, industrial hygiene, and technical services for a special Feature Presentation at BNI All-Stars:

🔴 DIY IS EXPENSIVE. BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

If you’re planning to:
🏠 Build a home
🏢 Renovate a commercial space
🏨 Upgrade a hotel or business
🏗️ Develop a property

…this session will give valuable insights that may help you avoid costly mistakes and make better project decisions from the start.

Because in construction, fixing mistakes later is almost always more expensive than planning properly today.

We’d love to see you there.

DIY IS EXPENSIVE. BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Doing it yourself may seem like the cheaper option at first, but hidden mistakes often lead to bigger costs down the line. What starts as savings can quickly turn into repeated repairs, wasted materials, and unnecessary stress.

Without the right expertise, small issues can escalate into major problems that compromise the quality and durability of your project. Fixing these mistakes later is often more expensive than getting it done right from the start.

Avoid the guesswork—partner with professionals who can deliver reliable, long-lasting results from day one. Join us at our next BNI meeting to connect, learn, and discover how the right team can save you time, money, and effort. 🔥

A decade of doing things right.

El Frio marks its 10th year — not as a brand in the spotlight, but as a trusted airconditioning solutions provider behind countless homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

In our industry, reliability is everything. And businesses like El Frio prove that long-term success is built on consistent delivery, technical expertise, and relationships that last.

BNI All Stars DCAS had the privilege of visiting and celebrating this milestone alongside fellow professionals in design, construction, and allied services.

At Patrocinio Designs, we value working with partners who understand that great spaces don’t just look good — they perform well.

Congratulations, El Frio. 10 years strong, and still building.

You know how the best projects don’t start with a proposal—
they start with the right conversation?

We’re creating that space.

I’m hosting a small get-together with our BNI Design, Construction & Allied Services group at Stardust.

No program. No pressure.
Just designers, builders, suppliers, and decision-makers in one room.

Honestly? These are the kinds of nights where collaborations quietly begin.

If you’re in the industry and want to expand your circle—
message me. I’ll send details.
