In this world, we will face trials of many kinds. And as we suffer, we feel like everything is against us. We find ourselves blinded to see that no matter what the varying difficulties are, one thing remains constant- God is good. He is always working for our good even if the present situation looks otherwise.

My prayer for today is that may we remember that He is causing all things to work together for the good OF THOSE WHO LOVE HIM, those who are called according to HIS purpose (Read Romans 8:28-30).

We will experience pain, sorrow, hardships, or even mourning, but in Christ, all these things will not last.

May our hope be renewed as we embrace the truth of what He says and who He is.

Remember this: Tears may flow today, but take heart! Joy will still come.

It will surely come in due time.
