How to make Hopia Ube Recipe at home

Ingredients:
✔️PABALAT / CRUST
👉250 grams or 1 and 3/4 cup 3rd class or all purpose flour
👉1/2 cup water
👉1/2 cup oil
👉1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
✔️SEW:
👉25 grams 1st class or hard flour or 1/8 cup
👉25 grams lard or shortening or 1 tbsp +1 tsp
✔️PALAMAN:
👉1 and 1/2 cup sugar (white) or 1 3/4 cup brown or washed
👉1/2 cup water
👉1/2 cup oil
👉1 tsp vanilla
👉1 tsp salt
👉 1 tsp baking powder ( optional )
👉1 tbsp ube flavoring
👉1/2 tsp food color violet (optional)
👉2 tbsp milk powder
👉25 grams margarine or 1tbsp + 1 tsp
375 grams soft flour or 3rd class flour
👉1 egg + yellow food color for egg wash (pang banya)

Paano gumawa ng Kababayan Bread | 1/2 kilo recipe | Homemade recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups or 375 grams sugar (white or brown)
1 and 1/2 cup water or evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla
10 grams salt
3 pc egg
1/2 cup oil
egg yellow food color (optional)
1 and 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 kilo or 500 grams soft flour or 3rd class flour
you can use milk powder ( 50 grams)

Bake in a 180 to 200°C or 350°F oven temperature
