✨ From Old to Outstanding: A Budget-Friendly Home Transformation ✨
This project began with a very old house dominated by exposed red bricks—full of character, but heavy and dated in appearance. The client wanted a budget-friendly renovation and extension, without sacrificing beauty, comfort, and modern design.
As architects, our solution was simple yet impactful. We removed the exposed red bricks and introduced a clean painted finish, instantly giving the house a lighter, more minimalist aesthetic. Inside, we redesigned the layout into an open-plan interior, making the space feel larger, brighter, and more inviting.
To complete the transformation, we replaced the old maroon roof color with a modern gray finish, including the gutters—creating a cohesive, contemporary exterior that feels fresh and timeless.
