Growing up, Alpha explored different sports and martial arts,
from soccer to Muay Thai and Taekwondo.
⚔ ⚔ ⚔ ⚔
At home, one of our favorite ways to play together is sword fighting with our soft toy swords from Flying Tiger.

That playful interest led us to discover Arnis, a Filipino martial art that felt like a natural fit for both of us.

Now, we get to train and play in a different way.

We recently started learning Arnis with G**o Ipe and G**o Joemar, developing focus, discipline, coordination, and confidence while connecting with a meaningful part of Filipino culture and heritage.

Alpha helped facilitate the PLAY Personality Type Test during the workshop at Mighty Hands Playschool :D

With confidence and a playful spirit, he guided teachers through a fun reflection activity on personality, strengths, and connection. 💛

Children are capable contributors, communicators, collaborators, and leaders. When we invite them to participate meaningfully, they often surprise us with what they can do.
