Non-meat Chaofan Recipe that you must try!!

Ingredients:
Leftover rice 🍚
4 eggs πŸ₯š
Diced Carrots πŸ₯•
Kangkong (separate stalk and leaves)
Minced Garlic πŸ§„
Soy sauce
Cooking oil (any type)
Sesame oil (optional)
Salt and pepper (optional)

How to cook:
1.) Prepare your leftover rice and set aside
2.) Scramble eggs and set aside
3.) Heat cooking oil in a pan
4.) Fry minced garlic until turned brown
5.) Add rice and mix for 5 minutes
6.) Add soy sauce (I used light soy sauce)
7.) Add diced carrots and stir until slightly cook
8.) Add Kangkong stalk and cook
9.) Add Scrambled eggs and stir
10.) Add Kangkong leaves until cooked
11.) Add soy sauce or salt and pepper it using and adjust seasoning according to your preferred taste
12.) Drizzle a little of sesame oil for aromatic flavor
13.) Serve and enjoy!

Healthy Lunch Baon Idea for Work πŸ₯—

Stir-Fry Mixed Veggies with air fried Potatoes πŸ₯”

Ingredients:
1 medium size cucumber πŸ₯’
3 Celery stalks
1 pc Bell pepper 🌢️
Peeled shrimps
Olive oil or any plant based oil
Potatoes πŸ₯” or sweet potatoes 🍠
Cooking wine (optional)
Dried Parsley for garnish (optional)
1 clove garlic πŸ§„
Salt and white pepper powder

Cooking instructions:
- Cut cucumber and remove seeds. Slice diagonally or slice according to your preference.
- Slice Celery and put in a bowl together with cucumber. Rinse well.
- Boil a water in a pot and pour celery and cucumber. Cook in 2 minutes or until slightly tender.
- Remove from the pot and soak in a cold water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add minced garlic.
- Add peeled shrimps (defrost shrimps first if using a frozen peeled shrimps)
- Add cooking wine if using.
- Add white pepper powder and salt to taste
- Cook until shrimps turned pink. Make sure you do not overcooked the shrimps.
- Transfer the shrimps into a bowl.
- On the same pan, heat oil and minced garlic.
- Add steamed vegetables
- Add bell pepper.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- SautΓ© for one minute
- Add Shrimps and stir for another 1 minute

Air Fried Potato πŸ₯” and Sweet Potato 🍠
- Slice potato and sweet potato in half
- Drizzle with oil and salt
- Cook for 20 mins in 200 degrees Celsius
- Flip the potatoes in half way.
- Air fry another 5 minutes
- Garnish with dried parsley (optional)

If you don’t have air fryer, steam the potato instead. Steaming potatoes are far better than cooking with water.
