Hindi ako palagi nakakapag lotion.

Wala din ako skin care routine for my face.

At madalas nakakalimutan ko din inumin gamot and vitamins ko.

Kaya I thought about preparing a Daily Routine Hub kung saan andito na sila lahat.

No need na hagilapin sila kung saan saan.

They’ll be staying in one place na.

I’m also building a reminder and monitoring in my task app para hindi ko sila makalimutan.

Sana sana this would help me build the habits I wanted hanggang maging second nature ko na sila. 🙏

One thing I am protecting this 2026 is my time so that I will not overlook the people and things that matters to me...

I am now intentional in allotting time on my schedule to:
- Bond with the people I love...
- Breathe and do the things that nurtures me...

I am making this possible by having a Digital and Physical Holding Cell for the pending tasks I receive during my Resting Time.

Any task received will be parked here so that I can protect my rest without forgetting about them.

Starting the New Year with more intention and fun. ❤️

As a planner addict who can’t find the perfect planner for her needs, I made sure to be more intentional on how I will create my productivity system and everyday companion.

I reviewed and reflect what layouts, planner habits and supplies that works for me so well or what I love doing…

What didn’t work and what I wanted to avoid or stopped using…

What are the things and habits I need to build to support my new intentions…

And what are the things I want to try to make life more fun and achieving my goals more enjoyable.

Yes, these are extra steps and might be tedious to do…

But I am looking forward to have my planner and system that fully supports who I am and who I am becoming.

My heart is so happy and excited. ❤️

This feels nostalgic.

Naalala ko ung times when I worked on a laboratory where I mixed chemicals. 👩‍🔬

Lakad dito lakad dun.
Halo dito halo dun.
Buhat dito buhat dun.
Weigh ng reagents.
Filter ng solutions.
Sonicate para mawala ung bubbles bubbles.
Check the miniscus if tapat sa line.
I-condition ung equipment prior and after use.
Gather ung data.
Compute ng results.

Eto ung pinaka masayang naging work ko as a Pharmacist.

I’m not born for a hospital or drugstore setting.

Numbers, analysis, and computations thrilled me. ❤️
