Crispy Chicken Strips 😋 😋

Ingredients:
Chicken strips: 1/2 kg
Garlic powder 1tsp
Mix herbs 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
Black peppr : 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Wouster sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 3 tablespoons
Chili Sauce: 2 tablespoons

Batter:
Eggs: 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Flour 2 cups
Peri Peri Sauce
White Pepper 1 tsp

Dry Coating 1:
1 cup all purpose flour seasoned in salt n black pepper.


Dry Coating 2:
Bread crumbs as required

Method:

* Marinate chicken strips with garlic powder ,Black pepper ,soya sauce, wouster sauce, red chili powder, lemon juice, mustard paste and mix well.

* Marinate strips for 5-6 hours or overnight.

* Roll marinated strips in all purpose flour, then dip in egg batter and lastly roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry.

* Delicious crispy chicken strips are ready to serve 😋 🙌

LASAGNA PARCELS 🍝

Lasagna Parcels 😋 Easy to bake, refresh and serve!
Follow below recipe of Lasagna!
Just assembled them in foil parcels with overlapping two lasagna sheets in cross, placing white sauce in center to stick, stuff with qeema and cheese and make parcel with lasagna sheets folding them like a parcel. Wrap in Foil paper like a packet. Now I refrigerated them for a night, took them out an hour before iftaar and topped them again with white sauce & sprinkled some more cheese on top before baking. Bake till cheese melts and delicious lasagna parcels are ready to eat 😋 😍😍😍

Lasagna

Ingredients:
Lasagna sheets 1 packet
Chicken/Beef mince 1/2 kilo
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Dry basil leaves a pinch
Parsley chopped 2 tablespoons
Tomato Puree one bowl
Onions 1 medium sized chopped
One garlic minced
One carrot and capsicum chopped
Cooking oil half cup
Parmesan cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

White sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Black pepper a pinch
Salt to taste
1 cup milk
Cheddar cheese grated half cup

Method of White sauce:
Melt butter, then add flour and milk, whisk it for about two minutes then add salt and pepper. In the end add cheese and mix well until it gets thick.

Method of chicken red sauce:
In a pan, add oil and fry onions for about two minutes and add tomato purée and chicken mince. Add paprika powder, red chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, Also add the carrots and capsicum.

Lasagna sheets:
Boil lasagna sheets. Drain the excess water and pour a little bit more oil on them so that they don't stick together.

Layering:
Grease the baking tray with oil or butter and start layering now, first layer(at the bottom) : lasagna sheets, in a way that it covers the base of the tray.
Second layer: red sauce and chicken.
Third layer: Lasagna sheets again.
Fourth layer: Pour the white sauce and sprinkle some black pepper, dry basil leaves and parsley on it. Then put another layer of lasagna sheets over it and repeat with red sauce.
On the top, add both the cheese I mentioned.
Place the baking tray in the pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius / 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins.
Garnish with red chilli flakes and some freshly chopped coriander!

Make these super healthy, super yummy Grilled Chicken Sandwiches for Iftaari with me today 😋 😀 😊
Recipe is as follows: 👇🏻
Marinate chicken steak pieces with Bar B Que Sauce and Thai Chilli Sauce, season with salt n black pepper for minimum of 2 hours. Now spray some olive oil on grill pan and char these chicken pieces and set aside. Also grill bread pieces the same way and spread some mayonnaise & ranch. Now place lettuce pieces with chicken on top. Cheese slice is optional but you may add that too for some extra flavours 😋 😋. Now top finally with toast slice and serve with your favourite sides 😍😍😍

Lemon Butter Sticks ❤️❤️❤️
Recipe 👇👇👇

For marination:
Boneless Chicken pieces 250 grams
Chopped garlic 3 cloves
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cayenne Pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tablespoons
Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

Marinate chicken with above mentioned ingredients and leave atleast for about an hour or overnight. Grill/pan fry or airfry. Baste with lemon butter.

For lemon butter basting:
Butter 2 tbsp
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt a pinch
Brown sugar a pinch

For Rice:
A cup of water soaked rice
Butter 1 tbsp
Haldi as required
Paprika powder as required
Salt to taste
Chicken cube 1 piece
Water 2 cups
Parsley few leaves
Orange food colour (optional) a pinch

Add butter to cooking pot. Now add haldi, paprika, chicken cube and salt to taste. Mix and add soaked rice with 2 cups of water. Let the water dries and put at dam adding fresh Parsley leaves and food colour.
Serve with chicken sticks and fresh Salad 😋

Chicken Cheese Pastry ❤️❤️❤️

Ingredients

Puff Pastry sheets 300 grams
Chicken (Kadahi cut medium pieces) 200 grams
Green Chilli 1 piece
Bell Pepper 1 medium sliced
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Butter 50 grams
Sweetcorn (Optional) 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Water 250 ml
Egg/Buttermilk for brushing

Method:

Boil Chicken with gg paste and green chilli. Let the water dries cooking the chicken pieces completely. Discard the green chilli and shred chicken. Add butter to the pan and add chicken, tikka masala, bell pepper and sweetcorns. Saute it for a few seconds and turn off the flame. Let it cool and add Mozzarella Cheese. Roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut in desired shape, fill in the chicken and cover pressing the edges. You can freeze them at this point if you wish to. Brush egg/buttermilk before baking and then bake until done preferably at 180 degrees in gas operated oven until cooked.

Beef Kadahi ❤️ Recipe below



Recipe 👇👇👇

Ingredients

1/2 kg boneless beef
1 kg tomatoes (blanch, peel, and mesh)
Garlic paste 1 heaped tsp
Salt to taste
Homemade Kadahi Masala:
2 tablespoons whole coriander/Sabut Dhaniya
1 teaspoon soonf/ Fennel seeds
1 tablespoon whole Cumin/ Zeera
3 whole button chillies.
Grind them all to make kadahi masala.
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Qasoori methi/dry fenugreek 1 tablespoon
Coals piece
Fresh green chillies as required
Oil/Ghee as required

Method:

In a big kadahi, add oil, meat, garlic, n salt, n fry at medium flame. Add water if required and allow to cook for a while. Add Karahi masala, red chilli flakes & tomatoes. Add some water n cover the lid until meat and tomatoes are well cooked. Bhonofy/Fry until done. Remember, the key taste n flavours in Kadahi lie in the bhonai/ frying of kadahi. In the end, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper n qasoori methi. Turn off the flame n add green chillies. Also, give coal smoke (optional). Enjoy with special raita n salad 😋
