*Biscoff lotus Cheese cake*
makes 5-6desserts
Ingredients:
1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream, cold
250g Biscoff spread
Crushed Biscoff cookies (optional)
6 tbsp butter melted
350g Cream cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
2.Add biscoff spread into the whipped cream, gently and cheese cream and beat slightly
3.1st set crush biscuits and Transfer the mousse , serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
5. After 3 hours, spread 1-2 teaspoons of biscoff spread on mousse, refrigerte for another hour.
6. Decorate with crushed/whole lotus biscuits.

*"Homemade Condensed milk"**+Recipe +

Ingredients:
Doodh (Milk) full cream ½ kg
Cheeni (Sugar) 1½ Cup

Directions:
In saucepan,add milk,sugar,mix well and bring it to boil.
Cook on low flame for 35-40 minutes or until thickens and mix continuously.
Let it cool down.
Can be stored in dry & clear jar for up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Aik saucepan may doodh may cheeni shamil karen or ubal anay den.
Ab kam aanch pe 35-40 minute tak itna pakayen k garha hojaye or rung badal lay. Beech may chamcha chalatay rahen.
Thanda kar k container may kar k 1 week tak refrigerator may rakh saktay hain

CHICKEN STICK'S
Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken Cubic ½ kg
--Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 1 tsp
-Soya sauce 2 tbs
-Vaniger (Sirka) 1tb
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black paper) Crushed ½ tsp
-Safeed mirch (White paper )Crushed half tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Tikka Masla 2tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) cubic 1
Tamatar (Tomato) Deseeded Cubic 2

Candi & Coffee Custrad Trifle with Wallnuts

Recipe:l
Ingredients:
-Candi original caramelized biscuits 2 & ½ Family packs
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-Doodh (Milk) hot 1 Cup
-Condensed milk 2-3 tbs
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Dairy cream ½ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Chocolate syrup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits crushed
-Chocolate syrup
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits

Directions:
-In a processor,add candi biscuits & crush biscuits in processor & set aside.
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-In a cup,add milk,condensed milk,instant coffee,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle & set aside
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add 3-4 tbs of crushed candi biscuits (reserve remaining for later use),instant coffee,whisk well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl, add milk, vanilla custard & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard in boiled milk ,and add 2Tpsof sugar whisk well & cook until custard thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add & spread reserved crushed candi biscuits & spread evenly.
-Pour prepared coffee syrup & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Drizzle chocolate syrup,walnuts,prepared candi & coffee custard & chocolate syrup.
-Add & spread whipping cream & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Sprinkle crushed candi biscuit and drizzle chocolate syrup.
-Decorate with whipped cream & candi biscuits & serve!

CAPPUCCINO COFFEE ☕
Serves for 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Coffee Base:
-Instant coffee ¼ cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ cup for handbitter user
-Garam pani (Hot water) 3 tbs

Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Prepared coffee base 2-3 tbs

Directions:
Prepare Coffee Base:
-In a bowl add caster sugar, instant coffee and hot water. Beat until it changes color to light brown & become frothy. Coffee base is ready!
-Use instant or you can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-In saucepan add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add 2-3 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
-In kettle add milk and bring it to boil. Add cooking chocolate, cocoa powder and whisk well.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
