A home shaped by music, privacy, and visual connection.

At its centre, the pool remains visible from across the house, enclosed on three sides to create privacy from the neighbouring homes. Inspired by the strings of a guitar, slender elements weave through the architecture, creating boundaries without closing off the spaces. Behind an understated façade, a vibrant interior unfolds as an unexpected contrast.

There is something about golden hour that changes how a home is felt.

As sunlight passes through the trees, it creates layers of light and shadow across the house, bringing warmth, movement, and a quiet connection to the landscape. At this hour, the house seems to settle naturally into its surroundings.

The house was shaped by what the site already offered: beautiful trees, natural light, and a strong connection to the landscape. The idea was to work around these elements, allowing them to define the spaces.

A neutral palette and earthy materials were kept intentionally restrained, enhancing the quality of light and letting the natural character of the site speak for itself.

Built around the existing Amaltas trees, this home brings the landscape into everyday life.

The trees shape the home’s spaces, allowing sunlight and greenery to filter into the interiors and creating a closer connection between the house and its surroundings.

This pro-bono design proposal was for a school serving underprivileged and street children. When resources are scarce, architecture has to do more with less, balancing durability, natural light, ventilation, and long-term use.
Here, every design decision was made to make the most of what was available.

A house, reimagined around the life of an artist.

This renovation transformed an existing home into a residence that feels less like a backdrop for art and more like an extension of the artist himself. Spaces for living, collecting, making and displaying come together, allowing the home to evolve alongside its inhabitant.

Because sometimes, the best way to design a home is to begin with the person who will fill it.

Shehr-e-Khamoshan looks beyond burial to create a landscape of remembrance where graves, trees, birds, and memories become part of one living landscape.

A place not only to say goodbye, but to return, remember, and feel close to those who remain with us.

Shehr-e-Khamoshan began as a response to the need for a planned place of burial, but the vision was always to let it become something more over time.

What began as a cemetery was therefore imagined to continue beyond its original purpose a place where remembrance and nature quietly coexist. Hear more from the Architect.
