In the middle of Dubai’s scorching heat, a quiet new initiative is changing life for the city’s stray cats.
Across parks and public spaces, Dubai has started testing AI-powered feeding stations designed to provide food in a cleaner, safer, and more organized way. Around 12 pilot units have already been placed across the city.
For years, caring for stray animals depended mostly on kind strangers leaving bowls of food and water wherever they could. But this new step turns compassion into something more sustainable — blending technology, hygiene, and humanity together.
The idea is simple: no animal should be left hungry simply because it was born on the street.
