Authentic Bhindi Gosht Recipe | Okra or Lady Finger Beef Stew Recipe By Cooking With Sumaira Imtiyaz

Aaj mein AP k leye layi hon Authentic Bhindi Gosht Recipe | Okra or Lady Finger Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 cup
-two sticks of cinnamon
-1 large cardamom
-1 small cardamom
-2 to 3 cloves
-Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
-black pepper 5 to 6
-Onion chopped 2
-Beef 700 Gram
-Garlic , ginger paste 2 tsp
-Red chilli Powder 1 tsp
-Turmeric Powder 1Tsp
-Coriander Crushed 1 Tsp
-Salt 1/2 Tsp or to taste
-2 tomatoes Chopped
- 1/1/2 Glass of Water
-2 Tbsp Oil for okra fry
-Okra (Bhindi) 500 Gm
-Yogurt 1 Cup
-Green Chilies 3 to 4
- 1 Tsp Kauri Methi (Fenugreek)
-A handful Coriander & mint
-Gram Masala 1 Tsp
Direction In English:
First, take a pressure cooker and add one cup of cooking oil to it.When the oil is hot, add some spices, two pieces of cinnamon, 1 large cardamom, 1 small cardamom, 2 to 3 cloves, cumin, 5 to 7 black pepper .After that add two chopped onions to it.
Fry the onion until golden brown. When the onion has turned brown, now we will add beef to it, which we have taken 700 grams.Mix it well and after mixing, add 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger paste.Mix it and fry till the color of the meat changes.
After frying for 3 to 4 minutes, add some spices.Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon coriander crushed,and mix all spices very well.After mixing add two tomatoes (Chopped).Now fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.
After frying add one and a half glass of water and mix a little bit.Now cover it and cook it in the pressure cooker for 20 to 30 minutes after the whistle.
Meanwhile, the okra will be fried.Take a pan and add two table spoons of oil in it.After the oil is heated, add okra, which we have taken 500 grams.You have to cut the okra into two inch pieces.Fry it till it becomes soft and changes color.
When it's ready keep it aside.Now check the time, 20 to 30 minutes have passed, now open the pressure cooker if the meat is cooked well then shift it to a pan.After shifting to the pan,fry for 2 minutes on high flame. 🔥 After that add one cup of yogurt and mix it well.After mixing, cook it on high heat until the yogurt water dries up.
After dries water, cut 3 to 4 green chillies into two parts and add them and about 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi will be added for sweet aroma and mix well.Now at this stage we will add fried okra and mix it very well and fry for 2 minutes.After frying for two minutes, our Bhind Gosht is almost ready.
Finally add chopped coriander and mint, about a handful.After adding coriander and mint, sprinkle a spoonful of hot spice powder on top and mix it a little and cover it for 2 to 3 minutes to infuse the aroma.Now our Bhindi Gosht is ready to serve 😋.Now take it out in a cute plate and add some finely chopped pieces of ginger for garnish.Enjoy your meal.
