Authentic Bhindi Gosht Recipe | Okra or Lady Finger Beef Stew Recipe By Cooking With Sumaira Imtiyaz
Assalamualaikum friends!
Aaj mein AP k leye layi hon Authentic Bhindi Gosht Recipe | Okra or Lady Finger Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1 cup
-two sticks of cinnamon
-1 large cardamom
-1 small cardamom
-2 to 3 cloves
-Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
-black pepper 5 to 6
-Onion chopped 2
-Beef 700 Gram
-Garlic , ginger paste 2 tsp
-Red chilli Powder 1 tsp
-Turmeric Powder 1Tsp
-Coriander Crushed 1 Tsp
-Salt 1/2 Tsp or to taste
-2 tomatoes Chopped
- 1/1/2 Glass of Water
-2 Tbsp Oil for okra fry
-Okra (Bhindi) 500 Gm
-Yogurt 1 Cup
-Green Chilies 3 to 4
- 1 Tsp Kauri Methi (Fenugreek)
-A handful Coriander & mint
-Gram Masala 1 Tsp

Direction In English:

First, take a pressure cooker and add one cup of cooking oil to it.When the oil is hot, add some spices, two pieces of cinnamon, 1 large cardamom, 1 small cardamom, 2 to 3 cloves, cumin, 5 to 7 black pepper .After that add two chopped onions to it.
Fry the onion until golden brown. When the onion has turned brown, now we will add beef to it, which we have taken 700 grams.Mix it well and after mixing, add 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger paste.Mix it and fry till the color of the meat changes.
After frying for 3 to 4 minutes, add some spices.Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon coriander crushed,and mix all spices very well.After mixing add two tomatoes (Chopped).Now fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.
After frying add one and a half glass of water and mix a little bit.Now cover it and cook it in the pressure cooker for 20 to 30 minutes after the whistle.
Meanwhile, the okra will be fried.Take a pan and add two table spoons of oil in it.After the oil is heated, add okra, which we have taken 500 grams.You have to cut the okra into two inch pieces.Fry it till it becomes soft and changes color.
When it's ready keep it aside.Now check the time, 20 to 30 minutes have passed, now open the pressure cooker if the meat is cooked well then shift it to a pan.After shifting to the pan,fry for 2 minutes on high flame. 🔥 After that add one cup of yogurt and mix it well.After mixing, cook it on high heat until the yogurt water dries up.
After dries water, cut 3 to 4 green chillies into two parts and add them and about 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi will be added for sweet aroma and mix well.Now at this stage we will add fried okra and mix it very well and fry for 2 minutes.After frying for two minutes, our Bhind Gosht is almost ready.
Finally add chopped coriander and mint, about a handful.After adding coriander and mint, sprinkle a spoonful of hot spice powder on top and mix it a little and cover it for 2 to 3 minutes to infuse the aroma.Now our Bhindi Gosht is ready to serve 😋.Now take it out in a cute plate and add some finely chopped pieces of ginger for garnish.Enjoy your meal.

Mango Squash Recipe | Mango Juice Recipe By Cooking With Sumaira Imtiyaz | Mango Juice Banane Ka Tarika
The perfect mango squash recipe for you. Make it and enjoy it even when the season is over.

Mango Squash Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

-Aam (Mango) peeled & cubes 1 kg
-Cheeni (Sugar) 250 kg
-Pani (Water) 1/2 litre
-Raw Mango 1 Small peeled & cubes
-Mango squash ¼ Cup or to taste (Optional)
-Pani (Water) chilled 4 Cups
-Mango squash 1 Cup or to taste
-Ice cubee
- Mango cubes (Optional)

Directions:

-Put the curry cubes in the grinder and grind well to prepare the puree. -Now take a pan and add aam puree in it, add 1 to 1/2 cup sugar in it and mix well and cook on low medium flame for 10 minutes. And when the squash becomes thick, you take it down. And take cold. -Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 month (yields 1.5 litres). Add 1 & ½ cups mango squash in the bowl, add ice and 4 glasses of water and mix well. -Serve by adding ice cubes, mango cubes and prepared mango squash in a serving glass.

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:

-Aam (Mango) peeled & cubes 1 kg

Directions:

-Grinder mein aam aur Kerri ky cubes dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka puree tayyar ker lein.
-Ab aik pan lein Aur es mein aam ki puree dal ker es mein 1 se 1/2 cup cheeni dalein aur ache tarhan mix karein Aur halki darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliye paka lein.
Aur jab squash garha ho jaye tu utar lein.
Aur Thanda ker lein.
-Refrigerator mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han (yields 1.5 litres).
bowl mein 1 & ½ cups mango squash dal ker baraf add karein Aur 4 glass thanda pani dalein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Serving glass mein ice cubes,mago cubes aur tayyar mango squash dal ker serve karein.

Summer Special Keri Ka Sharbat Written Recipe With Directions

Ingredients:

-Keri (kachay aam) 4 or 1/2 Kg
-Water (pani) as required
-Fresh mint (podina) leaves 7-8
-Sugar (cheeni) 1 cup
-Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 tsp
-Chat masala 1/4 tsp
-Cumin seeds (zeera) crushed 1/4 tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1/4 tsp (Optional)

Directions:

Boil water in a pan. And in the meantime, peel the caries and separate its pulp. Then put it in boiling water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then strain it with the help of a sieve in a pot. Put the pulp, 3 tbsp water, fresh mint, cumin seeds in a blender. Blend well. Then put the water again in the pan and add a cup of sugar to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add the pulp and add 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 black salt, and food color. Then cook until thickened then cool.
In a airtight jar, bring it out. (You can save it in the refrigerator for 2 months in an airtight jar).
In a glass, add 3 tbs of prepared drink, ice cubes, and chilled water.
Mix well. Serve chilled and enjoy!
