How to make lasagna.
Components.
Mutton mince 500 grams.
Chop 2 onions.
Chop 2 tomatoes.
5 garlic cloves.
Lasagna sheet 12 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese 350 grams.
Oregano 2 pinches.
1 pinch of thyme.
Red Chilli 1 tablespoon.
A tablespoon of salt.
Turmeric 1 tsp.
A cup of cumin tea.
Hot spices one teaspoon
Pizza sauce 50 grams.
Black Green Olives 2 tbsp.
Capsicum Chop 2 tbsp.
Tomato Chop 2 tbsp.
Half a cup of oil.
Method of preparation.
Put the mutton in a pressure cooker and add onion, tomato, garlic and spices for 15 minutes, then fry it well and keep it aside.
Put the lasagna sheet in boiling water and boil it for 5 to 7 minutes, then take it out, rinse it with cold water and keep it.
Preparation of white sauce.
Components.
Butter 2 tablespoons.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Black pepper 1 teaspoon.
Half teaspoon of salt.
Oregano 2 pinches.
1 pinch of thyme.
Milk 500 grams.
method
First of all, put butter in 1 pan and add flour and fry it, then add black pepper, salt, oregano and thyme, then add milk and let it boil.
Take 1 dish, first put lasagna sheet in it, then put pizza sauce and then add minced meat and add white sauce, then put the sheet again like before, put 3 to 4 layers like this. And then put mozzarella cheese and add oregano, tomato and shimla, chili garlic or again. Make the ketchup dressing. Run the wool first for 20 minutes at 280 centigrade and place the lasagna and then run for 15 minutes. The lasagna will be ready.
