Hello friends,
Today I have brought for you the recipe of pasta in white sauce.
White sauce pasta,
Chicken white sauce pasta,
White sauce,
Cheesy white sauce pasta,
Macaroni in white sauce recipe, and
Chicken pasta.

Recipe for White Sauce Chicken Pasta:

To make white sauce chicken pasta, you will need the following ingredients:

1 cup pasta
1 cup cooked, diced chicken
1/2 capsicum, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Thyme for garnish
For the white sauce, you will need:

2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter (40 gms)
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Here are the steps to make white sauce chicken pasta:

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it is no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the diced capsicum and carrot. Cook for a few minutes until they become slightly tender.
Add the chili sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine with the vegetables.
In a separate saucepan, melt the butter for the white sauce over medium heat.
Add the plain flour to the melted butter and whisk continuously for a minute until it forms a smooth paste.
Gradually add the milk to the saucepan, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Increase the heat to medium-high and continue whisking until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and add the white pepper, salt, and cheddar cheese to the sauce. Stir well until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and diced chicken to the white sauce. Gently toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated with the sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with thyme before serving.

Zarda Rice Recipe | سپیشل زردہ | पीला चावल | Sweet Chawal


How to prepare Shadiyon Wala Zarda Sweet Rice dessert at home. An amazing recipe for Sweet Rice Zarda by Momal Kitchen.

Ingredients:

2 cups of Rice (Soaked for 2 hours)
2 cups of Sugar
1/2 cup of Khoya/Mawa
1/2 cup of Zarda Ashrafi
1/2 cup of Ghee
1 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of Pistachios
1 tablespoon of Almond
1 tablespoon of Coconut (Chopped)
1 teaspoon of Raisins
4 Green Cardamoms
4 Cloves
1/2 teaspoon of Yellow Color
1/2 teaspoon of Kewra Essence
Instructions:

Step 1: In a pot, add 1 liter of water and bring it to a slight boil. Then, add the yellow color and stir. Add the soaked rice and stir. Boil it for 5 minutes on high flame, half-cooking the rice. Strain the rice and set it aside.

Step 2: In another pot, melt the ghee. Add the green cardamoms and cloves and fry them slightly. Then, add the milk and stir. Add the sugar and cook on medium flame until the sugar completely dissolves.

Step 3: Add the raisins, coconut, almonds, pistachios, and the boiled rice (from step 1). Stir them slightly and cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Then, add the Zarda Ashrafi and Kewra Essence. Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes on very low flame.

Step 4: Once cooked, transfer the zarda to a serving dish and garnish with khoya/mawa.
