⭐️Shared Song⭐️
Joyful songbirds for Jehane’s Twelve Days of Christmas. It was an eight-hour drawing session, fueled by hot cocoa with vegan marshmallows!☺️💕✨Yum!

⭐️Creatures Of The North⭐️

🎶On the third day of Jehane’s Twelve Days of Christmas my true muse gave to me🎶

A translucent parade of Christmassy northern animals against the dreamy aurora borealis background. And dots. Lots of dots for stars and snow and magic dust! ☺️✨✨✨

A big thank you to all the hosts of this wonderful challenge:

⭐️HEART OF THE FOREST⭐️ There is a beautiful Japanese practice called shinrin-yoku, or „forest bathing.” It involves intently strolling through the forest, listening to the sounds of trees, finding a perfect sitting spot, and connecting with nature. In the heart of the forest, one can find magic, joy, and calm. I was pondering this when creating this illustration for the second day of Jehane’s Twelve Days of Christmas☺️✨🌲🌲🌲

A big thank you to all the hosts of this wonderful challenge:

⭐️JOY TO THE WORLD⭐️

The most wonderful challenge of the year is here!🥳
After taking part in ‚Jehane’s Twelve Days of Christmas’ last year, I’ve been waiting for the next edition since January, lol, and I’m so excited to join again!😁 Looking forward to feeling Christmassy for the whole month. I’ve got my Spotify playlist and my Christmas socks ready, along with copious amounts of chocolate chip cookies and cocoa! It’s going to be a glorious time!☺️

Thank you to all the hosts for creating this amazing challenge:

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been working on my illustrations for Your Creative Gold course. I’ve taken many art classes in the past, but this one is by far the most transformative I’ve experienced. It has already changed how I approach building my portfolio and making art in general. It has liberated me from a lot of „shoulds” and encouraged me to experiment and explore my passions. I only scratched the surface, and I’m excited at the thought of how much creative gold is still waiting for me to uncover - in this course and within me 😉

My eleventh (say whaaat?!) class is here, and it's dedicated to all of YOU, floral doodle lovers🤗🌼🌼🌼
I'm also excited to share it was chosen as a Staff Pick by the Skillshare curation team (yay, thank you!), so you can be sure it's packed with a lot of good stuff 😉This time I'll show you how to draw flowers without feeling overwhelmed by using pressed plants as a reference and how to create a beautiful botanical cloche illustration!
*
What you will learn:
🌼We'll start by finding inspiration in the world of pressed flowers and learning to observe and simplify complex shapes.
🌼 I’ll invite you to my doodle herbarium, full of sketches inspired by pressed plants, and then we’ll practice drawing together.
🌼We’ll finish by creating a beautiful botanical illustration using our herbarium as a reference.
🌼As a bonus, I'll show you how to create a lovely mixed-media composition, combining real and sketched flowers in one piece!
