في التعامل مع مشاكل الصحة و السلامة العقلية والألم الجسدي والعواطف والمشاعر والتجارب الصعبة. إذ يسمح للناس بالتحرر من القلق واستخدام خيالهم لشيء إيجابي. We are an Art room that offers entertainment for the purpose of discharging negativity. Through Art therapy concept which is based on the idea that the creative process of art making is healing and life enhancing and is a form of nonverbal communication of thoughts and feelings. For such healing, we offer at our art room art activities such as pottery, painting, sculpture, baking, candle-making, resin and jesmonite. Art is related to creativity whereas therapy is related to cure, treatment and healing. We believe art therapy may help individuals manage and cope with mental health problems, physical pain, difficult emotions, feelings and experiences. It allows people to be free from anxiety and use their imagination for something positive.
