🚨 BETHLEHEM: Two Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics were injured after settlers assaulted them while they were carrying out their humanitarian duties. The ambulance’s windows were shattered, injuring them with flying glass, and pepper spray was also used against them. Both paramedics were taken to hospital for treatment.

The Palestinian Red Crescent stresses that medical teams and ambulances are not targets and must be protected under international humanitarian law.

🚨 بيت لحم: أُصيب ضابطا إسعاف من الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني بعد اعتداء مستوطنين عليهما أثناء تأديتهما واجبهما الإنساني. وتحطم زجاج سيارة الإسعاف، ما أدى إلى إصابتهما جراء تناثر الزجاج، كما تم رش غاز الفلفل عليهما. ونُقل ضابطا الإسعاف إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج.

ويؤكد الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني أن الطواقم الطبية وسيارات الإسعاف ليست هدفًا، ويجب حمايتها بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني.

🚨 In Taybeh, Occupied West Bank, a closed military zone has left Palestinians more vulnerable while violent settlers continue to enter private land and threaten families.

Residents and activists report repeated fence destruction, property violations, and attacks. Naif Kaabna was injured and evacuated for treatment, while activists assisting the family were also attacked.

Despite repeated calls, police and army forces did not arrive for hours.

Activists say restrictions are preventing protection and documentation while settler violence continues.

🚨 في الطيبة بالضفة الغربية، جعلت المنطقة العسكرية المغلقة الفلسطينيين أكثر عرضة للخطر، بينما يواصل المستوطنون العنيفون دخول الأراضي الخاصة وتهديد العائلات.

أفاد السكان والنشطاء بتكرار تخريب الأسوار، وانتهاك الممتلكات، والاعتداءات. أُصيب نايف كعابنة ونُقل لتلقي العلاج، كما تعرض نشطاء حاولوا مساعدة العائلة للاعتداء.

ورغم الاتصالات المتكررة، لم تصل الشرطة أو قوات الجيش لساعات.

ويقول النشطاء إن القيود تمنع حماية العائلات وتوثيق الانتهاكات، بينما تستمر اعتداءات المستوطنين.

أُصيب رجل فلسطيني أمريكي يبلغ من العمر 82 عامًا في رأسه بعد أن أطلقت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي قنبلة صوت باتجاهه في بلدة ترمسعيا شمال شرق رام الله، في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya stood at the centre of Kamal Adwan Hospital as Gaza’s healthcare system collapsed around him. Day in, day out, he treated his patients and carried out his medical duties, working through unbearable loss and grief. He bore witness to the devastating toll of Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Throughout this time, Dr. Abu Safiya, like numerous Palestinian healthcare workers, refused to abandon his patients. He stayed at the hospital until the last second when Israeli forces raided it again and arbitrarily arrested him on 27 December 2024.

Today, Dr. Abu Safiya has spent at least 580 days behind bars in Israeli detention. He is still being held without charge, separated from his family, his colleagues, and the children he lovingly treated.

Israeli authorities must immediately and unconditionally release Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya and all other arbitrarily detained Palestinians.

بقي الدكتور حسام أبو صفية في مستشفى كمال عدوان، يواصل علاج مرضاه بينما كان النظام الصحي في غزة ينهار من حوله. ورفض مغادرة المستشفى حتى اقتحمته القوات الإسرائيلية واعتقلته في 27 ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2024.

واليوم، أمضى أكثر من 580 يومًا رهن الاحتجاز الإسرائيلي دون توجيه أي تهمة، بعيدًا عن عائلته وزملائه ومرضاه.

يجب على السلطات الإسرائيلية الإفراج فورًا عن الدكتور حسام أبو صفية وجميع الفلسطينيين المحتجزين تعسفيًا.

🚨 This morning in Taybeh, West Bank, a continuation of yesterday’s events.

Activists returned to Taybeh to protect the concrete factory and check on the Palestinian home settlers took over three days ago.

Inside the family’s property, after the fence was cut, they found two young settler shepherds with a donkey and a herd. The boys called their “boss,” who arrived on an ATV, threatened the activists, and acted as if he owned the land.

The Palestinian family is too afraid to enter their own home without activists present.

The activists called the police and the army. Neither responded.

This is what a house takeover looks like in the occupied West Bank. Without witnesses, Palestinian families are left vulnerable to forced displacement.

🚨 هذا الصباح في الطيبة، الضفة الغربية - استمرارٌ لأحداث الأمس، حيث واصل المستوطنون مضايقة النشطاء الذين يحمون منزلاً فلسطينياً.

عاد النشطاء إلى الطيبة لحماية مصنع الخرسانة وتفقد المنزل الفلسطيني الذي استولى عليه المستوطنون قبل ثلاثة أيام.

داخل أرض العائلة، وبعد قطع السياج، وجدوا راعيين شابين من المستوطنين مع حمار وقطيع من المواشي. وما إن شاهدا النشطاء حتى اتصلا بـ”رئيسهما”، الذي وصل على مركبة رباعية الدفع (ATV)، وهدد النشطاء وتصرف وكأنه صاحب الأرض.

تعجز العائلة الفلسطينية عن دخول منزلها خوفاً، ولا تجرؤ على الاقتراب منه في غياب النشطاء.

اتصل النشطاء بالشرطة والجيش، لكن أياً منهما لم يستجب.

هكذا يبدو الاستيلاء على المنازل في الضفة الغربية المحتلة. ومن دون وجود شهود، تبقى العائلات الفلسطينية عرضة للتهجير القسري.
