Après avoir fait mes armes dans les cuisines en France, Angleterre et au Canada, j'ai décidé de poser mes valises dans l'archipel pour partager ma passion.

These oranges were handpicked in Livramento here in São Miguel.
Carefully hand-zested and slowly cooked into small-batch marmalade.
No shortcuts. Just time, patience, and obsession with flavor.
