🇬🇧 The dinner may last a few hours. The preparation starts long before.

Before arriving at the table, there’s menu planning, selecting ingredients, hours of preparation, tasting, adjusting and taking care of the little details that most guests will never see.

And that’s exactly how it should be.

When I arrive at a villa, my goal is simple: you shouldn’t have to worry about what’s happening in the kitchen.

You enjoy the Algarve, open a bottle of w**e, spend time with the people you came here with… and I take care of the rest.
