The Alegria Project (Long-Term Rental- T1) is proof that precise and beautiful styling doesn’t have to break the bank.

The Challenge: Creating an inviting, warm, and cozy space on a smart, budget-friendly cost.
The Creative Solution: Instead of fighting the existing elements, we embraced them! We utilized the apartment’s existing wood cabinets and paired them with complementary furniture in warm wood and beige tones. These precise choices prevented any sense of alienation, turning the apartment into a cozy, warm home full of character.

The Result: A warm, standout property on rental listings that delivers maximum value with a minimum budget.

I completely get it. After going through a grueling roller coaster of Portuguese bureaucracy, lawyers, taxes, and renovations- the absolute last thing you want to do is spend more money on an interior designer.

The natural thought is: “This is for a long-term rental, let the tenant bring their own bed and wardrobe, what does it matter?”.
But in Porto’s current real estate market, this mindset costs you dearly. As you swipe through the post, you can see three real apartments in the exact same neighborhood (Bonfim). These figures show coldly and conclusively: the market no longer prices just square meters, it prices the experience.

A home that soft-invites you to stay. A look inside our T4 project in Matosinhos 🌾✨

When designing a large family apartment, it’s incredibly easy to fall into the trap of “big, cold, and impersonal spaces.” My main goal for this T4 project was the exact opposite: to infuse warmth, soul, and a soft boho-chic texture into every single corner, without losing that clean, modern edge.

We listened closely to the family’s lifestyle and crafted spaces that speak the same aesthetic language, yet are completely tailored to who they are:

🪵 The Living Spaces & Balconies: A seamless connection to the gorgeous Matosinhos light. Giant glass doors open up to expansive deck balconies, where organic wooden furniture flows effortlessly from the inside out, creating a resort-like feel.
☁️ The Master Bedrooms: A beautiful play of light and shadow filtering through the curtains onto delicate wall moldings, raw solid-wood floating nightstands, and natural textures that instantly invite calm.
🎪 Alma & Ema’s Kingdom: Kids’ rooms and play areas that are an absolute dream. From the custom wooden teepee beds to the miniature wooden seating and canopy corners spaces that spark imagination and play, while keeping a clean, sophisticated visual balance.

The result is a precise harmony between everyday family functionality and uncompromising, thoughtful design.

כל לקוח שקונה נכס, קונה יחד איתו חלומות. לפעמים השטח הקיים מאתגר את החלומות האלו, אבל אני מאמינה שעם תכנון נכון- אין חלל שלא יכול להפוך לפנינה.

בפרויקט האחרון בפורטו, התמודדנו עם אתגרים של שטח ותנועה. הנה הפתרונות שהפכו את הדירה הזו ממחנק לחלל נושם:

האי שנעלם ב-2 דקות: המטבח הגיע עם משטח עבודה מצומצם ומרחק לא נוח מהמקרר. הפתרון? אי מתקפל. כשמבשלים, הוא משמש כ"תחנת עגינה" למצרכים שיוצאים מהמקרר. כשרוצים לאכול, הוא הופך לשולחן אוכל. כשמסיימים? הוא מתקפל לחלוטין והמטבח חוזר להיות רחב ומרווח.

השורה התחתונה: עיצוב טוב הוא לא רק אסתטיקה, הוא כלי שהופך את החיים שלכם לקלים יותר :)
