Finally getting a chance to process the amazing three days of salt firing at Oficinas do Convento

No próximo Sábado irei dar um workshop de iniciação à cerâmica como parte da Bienal de Artes e Ofícios. As inscrições estão abertas até amanhã, através do instagram e site da Bienal Artes & Ofícios | Novo Design - venham venham!

Next Saturday I will be giving a ceramics workshop for beginners (and intermediates) as part of the Arts & Craft Biennial in Oeiras, Lisbon. Enrollment is open until tomorrow afternoon through the Bienal Artes & Ofícios | Novo Design website and instagram page - come and play with clay!

Something a little different heading to The Vintage Hotel & Spa Lisbon for an exhibition next week! Bright and bold colours to keep summer going into autumn ✨ Curated by the wonderful THE CURATED Lisbon , the exhibition will be on from 17th of September to the 15th of November, and I'll be hosting a workshop as part of it on Saturday the 19th of September! I've been pretty bad at posting, but it's been a busy summer over here! Lots of making new pieces, revisiting old shapes, commissions (more on that soon), and prep for upcoming workshops (more on that soon too)!

Things have gotten so busy that I forgot to post about this weekend's market! I'll be at my local town of Junceira with some of my pieces alongside wonderful local crafters, on Friday and Saturday from 18h-00h. Come and say hello and check out some recent, and older work!

This piece and a few others will be on show as a part of a group exhibition by from the 12-19th of July in Comporta 🏔️ It'll be a wonderful collection of works from great ceramicists, do try to come and see it! ✨
