OUR STUDIO

The studio was founded by Mihai DOBRE, in response to the growing demand for his distinctive design aesthetic and clever use of material details in an architectural and interior design context. It uses a bespoke approach for each client, rich in intellectual rigour and creativity, to create inspiring places with a powerful visual impact. Through a process of research and experimentatio

n, carefully chosen materials and crafted details are used to help create unique and beautiful spaces. We collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and makers in the pursuit of creating finely crafted spaces that enhance the experience of the end users. Our works range in scale from architecture and interiors to lighting and furniture with a strong implementation of computational design and digital craftsmanship. Our designs integrate multiple perspectives through interdisciplinary collaboration that will lead to exciting and innovative application for clients and end-users. Our design process is the investigation that incorporates the usage of evolving design technologies to allow another dimension of possibilities. At same time we also are heavily involved in hands-on approach allowing us to understand the problems in multiple scales and test our ideas immediately.

KIFT RESIDENCE — o nouă interpretare a arhitecturii A-Frame contemporane.

Un proiect de arhitectură rezidențială premium, conceput de Mihai DOBRE – Architecture & Design pentru Mihai Badea, în vecinătatea complexului Kift Garden Events.

Vila propune o compoziție arhitecturală bazată pe beton, sticlă și volume geometrice puternice, cu fațade vitrate de mari dimensiuni, spații interioare conectate permanent cu exteriorul, piscină și terase generoase.

Elementul care definește în mod particular proiectul este heliportul privat amplasat pe terasa superioară a vilei, integrat în arhitectura construcției. În perspectiva dezvoltării unui aerodrom în imediata vecinătate, proiectul este gândit ca parte a unui context rezidențial și aeronautic cu o identitate aparte.
