2024 كانت سنة مليانة تحديات وصعوبات والحمد لله قدرنا نتجاوزها بأفضل النتائج بفضل ربنا ورحمته وقدرته ولطفه ..
أنا وناس بسيطة شديد بنعرف الصعاب والمجهود المقدم عشان نحاول ننجز رغم إنعدام الوسائل والتحديات والمشاكل..
في اليوم دا أنا فخورة بنفسي جدا وبحمد ربنا على الأوقات الصعبة قبل الجميلة.. والقوة والقدرة إننا نحاول دائما نقدم أفضل ماعندنا في أصعب الأوقات والظروف..
ومستعدين بإذن الله للجاي بكل عزيمة وإصرار للأفضل دائما..
الشكر والحمد لله من قبل ومن بعد..

From Concept to Creation 💚
Designing a modern high-rise residential building in Atbara, Sudan, with a total area of 500 square meters required a thoughtful approach to space utilization and architectural aesthetics. The ground floor, dedicated to villa accommodation, was designed with private outdoor space and accessible amenities, while the first and second floors included spacious 3-bedroom apartments designed for family living, with optimized natural light and ventilation. The third floor was designed to contain 2-bedroom apartments and a 1-bedroom unit, each of which makes efficient use of the available space with innovative storage solutions and community spaces. Careful attention to the structural design and local cultural influences will enhance the building’s appeal, ensuring that the needs of the residents are met while enhancing the overall urban landscape of the area.
إن تصميم مبنى سكني حديث شاهق الارتفاع في عطبرة، السودان، بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ 500 متر مربع يتطلب نهجًا مدروسًا لاستغلال المساحة والجماليات المعمارية. تم تصميم الطابق الأرضي، المخصص لسكن الفيلا، بمساحة خارجية خاصة ووسائل راحة يمكن الوصول إليها، في حين إشتمل الطابقان الأول والثاني على شقق فسيحة من 3 غرف نوم مصممة للمعيشة العائلية، مع تحسين الإضاءة الطبيعية والتهوية. كما تم تصميم الطابق الثالث ليحتوي شققًا من غرفتي نوم ووحدة من غرفة نوم واحدة، كل منها يستغل المساحة المتاحة بشكل فعال مع حلول تخزين مبتكرة ومساحات مجتمعية.
إن الاهتمام الدقيق بالتصميم الإنشائي والتأثيرات الثقافية المحلية سيعزز جاذبية المبنى، ويضمن تلبية احتياجات السكان مع الارتقاء بالمشهد الحضري العام للمنطقة.

From Concept to Creation 💚
Building a new structure in your yard or empty space can effectively address displacement issues and the increasing number of family members, particularly given rising rental prices. The proposed design spans 145 square meters and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a hall on each floor, along with a shop on the ground floor and a balcony for relaxation on the first floor. This layout provides an ideal mix of living and working space, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
اذا عندك حوش أو مساحة فاضية في بيتك ممكن تبني مبنى جديد مضاف للمبنى الأصلي حسب قوانين ولوائح الوزارة
بناء مبنى جديد في الحوش أو أي مكان فارغ ممكن يكون علاج فعال لمشكلة النزوح والزيادة الكبيرة في عدد أفراد الأسرة خاصة في مشكلة إرتفاع الإيجارات
يمتد التصميم على مساحة 145 متر مربع ويحتوى على 3 غرف نوم وحمامين ومطبخ وصالة في كل طابق, بالإضافة إلى محل تجاري في الطابق الأرضي وبلكونة مع جلسة في الطابق الأول يوفر التصميم خليط مثالي من مساحة المعيشة والعمل ويزيد من جودة وخصوصية الحياة لساكنيه

Designing kitchens for hotel apartments necessitates a careful balance of functionality and aesthetics, prioritizing the work triangle to facilitate cooking tasks while maximizing space efficiency. Essential appliances like a full-sized or under cabinet refrigerator, energy-efficient stove and oven, microwave, and a dishwasher should be incorporated for guest convenience, alongside durable materials like granite or quartz countertops and moisture-resistant cabinetry.
Ample storage solutions, effective ventilation, strategic electrical outlets, and fire safety measures are crucial for compliance and safety.
A cohesive design that aligns with the hotel’s theme is complemented by thoughtful lighting and convenience features such as coffee makers and cookware sets. Additionally, ensuring the kitchen is easy to maintain, accessible to all guests, and integrates seamlessly with living spaces will enhance the overall guest experience.
يتطلب تصميم المطابخ للشقق الفندقية توازنًا بين الوظائف والجماليات، بدءًا من تصميم مثلث العمل لتسهيل مهام الطهي واستغلال المساحة بشكل فعال.
ينبغي تضمين الأجهزة الأساسية مثل ثلاجة كاملة الحجم أو تلاجة داخل الخزائن وموقد وفرن موفر للطاقة وميكروويف وغسالة أطباق لضمان راحة الضيوف، إلى جانب استخدام مواد متينة وسهلة التنظيف مثل أسطح الجرانيت أو الكوارتز وخزائن مقاومة للرطوبة.

Under the obligation of legal procedures or through a lawyer, the cost is divided from the planning and accounting stage to the implementation of the building. The building is divided and registered as apartments between the owners and the plot of land is distributed equally among them.
The owners are committed and the building is subject to general laws represented by the Apartment Owners Union.

تحت إلتزام إجراءات قانونية أو عن طريق محامي بتقسم التكلفة من مرحلة الخرط التخطيط والحسابات إلى تنفيذ المبنى ويقسم ويسجل المبنى كشقق بين الملاك وتوزيع قطعة الأرض بينهم بالتساوي
ويلتزم الملاك ويخضع المبنى لقوانين عامة تتمثل في إتحاد ملاك الشقق

From Concept to Creation 💚
The Virtual Hajj project, implemented in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Hajj and Umrah and partnership with creative architect: Osama Ali, aims to educate pilgrims and Umrah performers on the rituals of Hajj through virtual reality technology. The project utilizes the roof of the General Secretariat building to recreate the experience, making it easier for participants to understand and practice the rites before arriving in the Holy Lands. The symbolism of the Kaaba in the design adds depth to the building's purpose and significance.

يهدف مشروع الحج الافتراضي الذي ينفذ بالتعاون مع الأمانة العامة للحج والعمرة وبالشراكة مع المهندس المعماري المبدع أسامة علي إلى توعية الحجاج والمعتمرين بمناسك الحج عبر تقنية الواقع الافتراضي. يستخدم المشروع سطح مبنى الأمانة العامة لإعادة إحياء التجربة، مما يسهل على المشاركين فهم وممارسة الطقوس قبل الوصول إلى الأراضي المقدسة. تضيف رمزية الكعبة في التصميم عمقًا إلى غرض المبنى وأهميته.
