Today, honestly, I’m not feeling 100%.

My monthly period is here, and I’m dealing with the usual discomfort and low energy. There’s a part of me that just wants to rest and say, “𝑻𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝒏𝒂 𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈.”

But this reminded me:

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭.

I don’t need to do everything today.
I just need to take one small step.

Because the dream I’m building for my family is bigger than one uncomfortable day.
