Savvy Spaces

A lovely day at LamiTAK’s Grand Opening
We were delighted to attend the LamiTAK Grand Opening at Bras Basah and to explore their new space filled with materials, ideas, and inspiration for the design industry.
It was also lovely to reconnect with Hui Ni, who has been our sales and service contact. 🤍
We truly appreciate the warmth, responsiveness, and excellent service she has consistently given us. It’s always a pleasure working with someone who is not only knowledgeable and helpful but genuinely takes the effort to understand what we need as designers.
And congratulations to LamiTAK on your new Bras Basah space. We look forward to discovering more materials and possibilities with you. ✨

Savvy Spaces
Creating spaces with thought, purpose, and soul

We recently completed this project for Sunday Pilates Club Studio. Sarah and Tanisha came to us with a clear vision—a space softened by flowing curtains and gentle, diffused light. Our role wasn't to replace that to build upon it. Together, we curated a soft, light colour palette that allows the textures, natural light, and movement of the space to take centre stage. One thing we've learned as designers is that good design doesn't always have to make a loud statement. Sometimes, the quietest spaces leave the strongest impression. ✨

For homeowners who love books, every shelf tells a story.

One of the key design briefs was to create a home that could comfortably accommodate an extensive personal library without feeling overwhelming.

We designed a full-height bookshelf that doubles as a display feature, transforming books into part of the home’s architecture rather than simply storage. Open shelves allow treasured collections to be showcased, while concealed cabinets keep everyday items neatly tucked away.

Connected seamlessly to the bookshelf is a compact tea and coffee pantry—creating a welcoming corner where guests can be served refreshments while conversations naturally unfold amongst the books.

A home designed for hospitality, learning and meaningful connections.

A home designed with intention.

From the moment you step inside, the home welcomes you with a custom-built shoe cabinet complete with a comfortable settee—a practical space to sit while putting on your shoes before heading out.

The warm timber tones continue into the living room, where a clean-lined TV feature wall conceals storage while creating a calm architectural backdrop for everyday living.

One of our favourite details is the prayer nook, thoughtfully tucked behind a vertical timber slat divider. The screen provides a sense of privacy while maintaining an open and connected living space, allowing both the homeowners and their guests to perform their prayers in a quiet, dedicated corner.

Sometimes, it’s the small, thoughtful spaces that make a house truly feel like home.

Every renovation project is about more than creating a beautiful home. It’s about helping our clients navigate the process with confidence and peace of mind.

One of the greatest compliments we can receive is knowing that our clients felt supported throughout their renovation journey, especially when life and work leave little time to manage the countless details involved.

Thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and for allowing us to be part of creating a home that reflects your vision.

Functionality becomes beautiful when every element has a purpose.
Designed as an extension of the dining space, the kitchen remains visually connected through the signature arched window—bringing light, openness, and conversation into the heart of the home.
Dark timber cabinetry, brass accents, and marble-inspired surfaces introduce depth and contrast, while the restrained palette maintains a sense of calm and cohesion throughout.
A kitchen designed not just for cooking, but for living.

The beauty of colonial modern design lies in restraint.
Clean lines, classic mouldings, arched detailing, and a carefully curated palette create a sense of quiet sophistication. Nothing shouts for attention, yet every element contributes to the overall harmony of the space.
A home designed not just to be seen, but to be lived in.

A new space, a new beginning.
Designed as both a home and a salon, this project brings together vintage charm, retro character, and modern functionality into one cohesive environment.
Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the owner’s personality—from warm timber tones and nostalgic touches to clean contemporary lines that support everyday living and work.
Congratulations to our client on moving into their new home and embarking on this exciting business journey. May this space be filled with creativity, meaningful conversations, and many beautiful memories to come.

A quiet play of textures defines this 3-room resale flat, designed as a reflection of our clients’ personal sensibilities.

The foyer features a custom-designed terracotta tile layout with half-height breeze blocks, softly defining the space while filtering natural light. A removed wall opens up the living area, where warm, neutral tiles create a seamless flow into the kitchen.

In the kitchen, a jade-like green sintered stone takes focus, balanced with kit-kat tiles for depth and restraint. A hidden archway leads to a combined bathroom, now fluidly accessible from both the kitchen and bedroom.
