Some homes get one hero shot and call it a day. This one didn’t let us do that.

Every space in this 4 Bedroom cluster house had the same level of attention, anti bacteria laminate, choice of lighting, even the bathroom niches. Nothing here was left as an afterthought.

We broke down the materials on purpose. Dekton countertops, formaldehyde free carpentry, a marble panel that runs seven metres. If you’re renovating and wondering what actually goes into a space that reads this calm, this is it.

We didn't want the staircase in this home to just be a staircase.

Under it, a fish tank turns dead storage space into something worth looking at twice. Along each step, cove lighting keeps the stairs legible at night. And on the wall it leads to, vertical timber panelling with warm LED trim gives the TV wall texture even when the screen is off.

Every part of it was built to do more than one job.

A plain wall became a full-height ceramic brick block partition, and it's now the first thing you notice walking into this kitchen.

It filters light instead of blocking it, so the narrow layout still breathes. The island curves instead of cutting a sharp corner, and the bathroom got the same texture-first treatment with a patterned tile wall that adds depth without closing the space in.
