Additionally, by uploading or submitting any photos, poems, or stories, you grant and assign to The Yankee Candle Company a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to the submission for The Yankee Candle Company or any third party The Yankee Candle Company designates to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display or perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify, and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning, or other technologies) the submission in any form or media now known or hereafter developed, and to otherwise use your User Content for related online and offline promotional uses.
