📐 ขอบเขตงาน: ออกแบบภายในทั้งหมด, งานสร้างแบรนด์, อาร์ตไดเรกชัน
🎯 คอนเซปต์:
Asian Modern Bistro ที่เต็มไปด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ทางวัสดุ และชั้นเชิงแห่งแสงและผิวสัมผัส
เราคงโครงสร้างเดิมไว้ให้มากที่สุด และเติม "ผิวชั้นที่สอง" ลงไปอย่างตั้งใจ
เพื่อเล่าเรื่องผ่านโลหะ ไม้ แสง และความขรุขระ—โดยไม่รื้อของเดิมให้มาก เพื่อจำกัดเวลาและงบประมาณ
🧱 45 วัน / หนึ่งความฝัน / เต็มหัวใจ
เมื่อร้าน SACHI เปิดตัวในย่าน Hell’s Kitchen เมื่อวันที่ 7 กันยายน 2014
มันไม่ได้เป็นแค่ร้านอาหารเอเชียอีกร้านหนึ่ง—แต่มันคือ "เรื่องเล่า"
ที่ซ้อนอยู่ในไม้ แสง ผิวสัมผัส และจังหวะการลงมือทำ
Fine & Form ถูกชวนให้มาร่วมวางแนวคิดตั้งแต่เริ่ม
สำรวจพื้นที่เดิมที่เคยเป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่ปิดตัวลง
และรับโจทย์ที่ชัดเจนว่า:
ต้องทำให้ร้านดู โมเดิร์นขึ้น / ยกระดับขึ้น / แพงขึ้น
ภายใต้ งบจำกัด
ใช้ของเดิมให้มากที่สุด
และต้องจบงาน ภายใน 45 วัน รวมออกแบบและก่อสร้าง
✨ องค์ประกอบที่เราใส่ลงไป
🥢 เคาน์เตอร์บาร์คอนกรีตเดิม → คงไว้
🥢 ครัวเปิด / ฝ้าเปลือย → เก็บไว้ทั้งหมด
🥢 เติม Layered Realism™ ด้วย:
บาร์ซิงค์ → ทำสีพาทิน่าด้วยมือ โดยดีไซเนอร์ของเราลงมือเอง
แผงไม้ระแนง → ช่วยกรองแสง สร้างมิติและความอบอุ่น
โทนเอเชีย → แบบไม่ตกเป็น cliché
ความดิบแบบอินดัสเทรียล → แต่ไม่เย็นชา
แม้แต่วัสดุบาร์ เราก็ลงพื้นที่ไปหาโลหะจากแถบ Midwest และขัดทำพาทิน่าทั้งหมดด้วยมือ
โปรเจกต์นี้ไม่ใช่แค่งานออกแบบ แต่มันคือ “จังหวะชีวิต”
✏️ วาดแบบตอนกลางคืนบนเคาน์เตอร์
☕ ประชุมเช้าในSite ก่อสร้าง
📸 ช่วยถ่ายภาพเมนู, คิดชื่อร้าน, วาดโลโก้, เลือกเพลง, ติดไฟ

🎯 Concept:
An Asian modern bistro built with raw honesty and layered warmth.
We preserved the original structure as much as possible, and added a "second skin" of story—
with zinc, wood, light, and tactility—without major demolition, to meet both time and budget constraints.
🧱 “45 Days. One Dream. All Heart.”
When SACHI opened in Hell’s Kitchen on September 7, 2014,
it wasn’t just another Asian bistro—it was a story told through wood, light, texture, and hustle.
Fine & Form was invited to lead from concept through construction,
starting with a former Japanese restaurant that had closed down.
Our clear mission:
Make it look modern, feel upscale, and look more premium
While keeping to a limited budget
Minimal demolition allowed
And finish everything within 45 days—including design & build
✨ Design Strategy
We kept the bones:
The original concrete bar
Open kitchen
Exposed ceiling
And layered in our signature Layered Realism™:
A zinc bar, patinated by hand—by our own designer
Slatted wood panels to filter light and add depth
Asian tones without falling into cliché
Raw industrial character—but never cold
We even sourced the bar metal from the Midwest and hand-finished it ourselves.
This wasn’t just a project.
It was a rhythm:
✏️ Sketching late at night on the bar counter
☕ Morning site meetings in construction dust
📸 Helping shoot the menu, brainstorm the name, sketch the logo, pick the playlist, and adjust the lighting
That’s what we mean by:
Design that lives with you—not just for you.
