Hi friends! 🌞
Art can be a wonderful starting point for decorating with color inspiration your home. For example, you could pick a few shades directly from the artwork, choose a bold accent color, or play with softer, more muted versions of the same tones.
My “Sunny Day with Pooch” art poster is full of possibilities, from vivid pinks and purples, more muted greens, blues, and yellows. So many colors to play with!
You don’t have to match the colors perfectly. Sometimes it’s the contrast that makes a room come alive ✨
Vibrantly yours,
Elizabeth 🎨

If you’re looking for some inspiration on this beautiful day, here is another color palette inspired by my “Ebeltoft Sunset” art print from the “Summer Fling” collection 🍎🌅✨
Colors are so fun to play with and can be both bold and muted to suit each taste!
Do you have a favorite color from this palette?

A little fun fact…not all of my art ended up on canvas 🤩✨
A few years ago, I had the joy of molding my paintings into a fine jewellery collection, “La Bohème”, with Maison Artinian.
Music and the black and white keys of the piano have always been part of my creative world, so it felt completely natural to see those ideas come to life in diamonds, onyx, and mother-of-pearl instead of paint.
It’s still one of my favourite creative adventures and also proof that art can be worn as well as hung on a wall 🎹✨

When I created the paintings that would eventually inspire “The Artist’s Edition: Decanted”, I never imagined where they would lead me.
Back in 2001, my exhibition in Ebeltoft was opened by the Thai Ambassador to Denmark. It was also the year the town celebrated its 700th anniversary. To mark the occasion, one of my paintings was chosen as the official wine label for a limited edition of 700 numbered bottles of French Cru Bourgeois wine.
The first bottles were presented to Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik during their official visit to Ebeltoft, and later the anniversary wine was served aboard the Mols-Linien ferries. It was an unforgettable experience and such an honor!
More than twenty years later, I found myself returning to those memories. They became the inspiration for “Decanted”—a collection of 4 limited edition fine art prints that celebrate my connection to Ebeltoft and everything that moment represented.
For me, “Decanted” is a tribute to the places that have shaped me as an artist, and the moments that became a part of my artistic journey.
Cheers! 🍷
Vibrantly yours, Elizabeth
