🧵 A Message from WHOW | Direct Support for Women Weavers in Myanmar

When the earthquake hit Myanmar, the women behind WHOW — our skilled weavers in Amarapura — faced unimaginable loss. Their workshop was reduced to rubble. Many of the looms were destroyed. Homes were lost. Loved ones gone. Along with their livelihoods.

These women are the heart and hands behind every WHOW textile. We’ve worked closely with Nandar and her team for years, and we knew that in the aftermath, getting funds directly to them was the most meaningful way to help.
