The 'Money Management' Course is back! Young adults, learn how to manage your personal finances!

Topics include:
• How to make and stick to a budget.
• Learn about financial goals.
• Understanding banking fees and services.
• Get tips on how to prepare for retirement.
• Digital currency.
• Entrepreneurship: Figure out how to cost products for sale.

Free for La Canoa residents*, 18 – 30 years old ($300 for non-residents).
*$50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in the course.

Starts: Tuesday 9th June, 2026 (6 sessions total, 2x/week)
Days & Times: Tuesdays & Thursday, 5 pm - 7 pm

'Giveaway Tuesday!' is a monthly donations based event where good quality items are collected and redistributed to La Canoa residents. The next occasion will be Tuesday 19th May, 2026, from 10 am - 5 pm! People living outside of La Canoa are invited to shop from 1 pm. All shoppers are to provide their own bags.

Do you have belongings in good condition that you no longer want? We accept: Clothes, shoes, books, toys, household items, building materials, appliances, plants, and more!
