Post-COVID, offices need to do more than provide desks🖥️they should make people want to come to work. 😉

We got used to the comfort of our homes, natural light, cozy corners, and even our gardens… yet we still got things done. So if I’m leaving all that behind, the office had better feel just as inspiring.

That’s exactly the philosophy behind this 2025 office renovation by our Creative director Far | Reé. Main task was creating a workspace that feels warm, functional, and intentionally designed for the people who use it every day.

Because great design doesn’t just change spaces. It changes how people feel, think, and perform.

The art is knowing who the client is, where to source, tailored design to fit purpose, and how to curate pieces that evoke a calm sense of belonging.

That’s the difference between furnishing a space and crafting a lifestyle.

Luxury sourcing, elevated.

What looks like a “small adjustment” on one unit can throw off plumbing coordination for every bathroom and unit above it.

This stack was already planned:
Drainage lines.
Pipe locations.
Wall thicknesses.
Ventilation.
Floor levels.
Waterproofing zones.

So when site teams freestyle measurements during ex*****on, we don’t just create one problem… we create a chain reaction through the building.

Then everyone starts asking:
“Why is the room smaller?”
“Why do the sanitary placements not work?”
“How come the door hits the vanity every time I open the bathroom?”
“Why isn’t the drainage working properly?”
“Why are we breaking tiles and walls again?”

Because somebody ignored the drawing. And ignored the corrections over and over again!

Floor plans are not there for decoration.
They are there to make architecture, plumbing, structure, and interiors work together seamlessly.

A well executed project looks effortless because the planning was respected.

Moral of the story:
Measure twice. Follow the plan once. Save everyone stress later.
