🍓🍓Fresh Strawberry Jam coming right up!🍓🍓

I have been working on this batch for HOURS. The teeniest tiniest little simmer for as long as I can stand it, gives the most delicious, most flavor packed Strawberry jam! And no added pectin.
Strawberries, sugar, and some lemon juice, and done.
It's amazing.
