*UPDATE*

Hi everyone! I Just wanted to let you all know that Saturday, June 27th will be your last chance to snag some of the candles I have left at Fae's Cabinet! They have been wonderful to work with and I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to branch out and sell there, but it's time to move on for now.

After that, you can come see me at the Oddities & Curiosities Expo in Detroit in July, and that will be your last guaranteed chance to take some of my candles home!

The time to start prepping for Oddities & Curiosities Detroit draws near, and so does the need to make a decision about the future of my little candle company. I desperately need your input as a customer.

I am torn between keeping my website closed and only doing popup events in Michigan (which I don't love since customers couldn't order more online if they liked them) or reopening with very limited offerings. I can't financially justify having the large variety of scents I used to have on hand when the majority of them don't sell, as fragrance oil is probably the biggest supply cost.

Should I reopen the website just with super limited offerings? Would you maybe be interested in some kind of quarterly subscription box? Let me know your thoughts 💀🖤

My page and store might be dormant at the moment, but my values are not, and I stand in solidarity with all of the businesses that chose to close today or use their open hours for good.

In case it wasn't clear, I do not support the current administration or any of their egregious actions, and I won't pretend to be indifferent for the sake of keeping followers for when I return.

These are scary times, and all my love goes out to anyone and everyone affected by this continued blatant lack of regard for human life. We are in this together 🖤

Hi everyone! I hope that 2026 is treating you as well as possible so far.

I just crunched my end of year numbers for taxes, and after deducting expenses from sales I made a grand total of $875 for the ENTIRE YEAR. I'm happy to have even made a profit, but that doesn't even come close to covering my labor, let alone anything extra.

I know that everything around us is crumbling, but if you are able to support small artists, PLEASE do. It's important now more than ever.

So far I've sold out of 16 oz tins, along with the lemon pound cake, fruity cereal, apples & maple bourbon, mulled cider, pumpkin apple butter, pumpkin pancakes and witches brew fragrances, but I still have a few fall ones, all my holiday ones, and some all-year-round ones left! Just checking in!

Only 18 days left to get your orders in before I close up shop (at least for a while). In the mean time, I just want those of you with open orders to know that I haven't forgotten about you, I'm working on them, and I plan to have them shipped by the end of the week.

I lost my dad on August 14th and basically all my spare time and energy since then has gone to planning his memorial party, which I hosted this past weekend. Combine the stress of that with the general decline of the country and world, and it hasn't been a fun time to be alive. I'm having a lot harder time keeping up with orders than usual, which just further proves that I need to take a step back for a moment.

So please bear with me! I will have your orders to you soon. You did help me break even after all, which is more than I could have hoped for. I appreciate you 🖤🧡
