It may not seem like much, but there was a lot of thoughtful detail involved in this project.
A boring void on the side of a fireplace has been filled with a custom cabinet that includes an extra deep pullout drawer with over two feet of storage from front to back — including full extension drawer slides that are hidden underneath the drawer and have the soft close feature. And don’t forget the beautiful natural maple drawer front.
The face frames and shaker style doors are designed and stained to match the existing red oak and darker tones around the fireplace and in the room. And last but not least — thanks to a Google lens search using a picture of existing handles in the living room — these small doors have the exact same type of handles, only brand new and a lot shinier.
