Queen Deborah has a thought or two to share ----- might be controversial ----- might make someone feel things -----
(I am sorry guys ---- I truly feel like I need to “go there”….. If you know me you know that I would *gasp* NEVER publicly state my opinion EVER ….. but here we go …… Honestly ---- Guys ---- People are HURTING!!!! ….. Okay here we go) ……….
Trans people have rights. Same s*x marriage is okay. Loving someone that you just love ----- *WHAAATTTT* is okay. Truly.
I will firmly state my platform so you know where my head is at …… I am 53 years old. I am a Woman. I am Heteros*xual. There ----- now can we move forward ------
Think really, really hard about your life ….. this is what I did to help formulate my stance. What I found after inspecting my memories is: I have made connections with so many people from so many different “walks” of life. And, no ----- not in a romantic way ----- (I truly hate that I just said that ---- but people immediately “go there” ----- UGHHHH). And these are people that I have loved through friendship ---- true love ---- true friendship. People who “bend over backwards” to make sure you have care, you have concern, you have someone to talk to, you have shelter over your head when you need it, and also a meal to eat ------- ??????? (Truly, isn’t THAT what matters????)
Yes, I know what you are thinking. (Not you as the individual, “per se”, but you as the collective, for sure). In the above statement, I did not state if said people were homos*xual, have a different skin color than I do, have a different religion than I do, etc ….. Because that is NOT the point. The point is ---- the human experience ---- I truly feel like I keep going back here in my thought patterns but it needs to be heard.
If we believe that “people” are valuable as individuals and deserve care, love, concern, etc ---- doesn’t that include, like, EVERYONE!!!! People who are different in aspects from your own truth are still PEOPLE!!!! If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be here ----- God “makes” people ---- not mistakes. I know this truth. I have faced so much bullying, ostracizing, disregard, and total shame from the general consciousness. And I am heteros*xual. I am faithful ---- always have been.
If *you* are at the place where you are thinking that some people gotta go because of differences, please let me *ask* you this: Do you see *people* or do you see *hate*?
Think on it a little and form your own conclusion. Please don’t post your stance. That is not the reason for this post. It is only to cause introspection and to publicly “air” my thoughts. If you feel like we need to talk, I welcome you to email me using the email I established for this page. (If for some reason I can’t emotionally respond I will simply send an email stating "I can’t respond" ----- think Respect, guys ---- *you* must always have Respect for one another.)
Remember, guys ---- I LOVE EVERYONE!!!! Truly, everyone ---- as people ….. not mistakes, not “pity parties”, not “oh my goodness that happened”? If people are doing things that are acceptable to all parties involved and no one is hurting anyone (including self) ---- then truly what is the problem?
I do think, before I jump off my soapbox, that I may need to clarify. CRIMINAL behavior or IMMORAL behavior or UNJUST behavior is so much NOT OKAY with ME or with ANYONE else (at least, it shouldn’t be, sheesh).
Again, love you guys ----- You are more than welcome, weary traveler, no matter what side of the fence you are on……..
