Hello one and all,

Yesterday I had an excellent Zoom meeting with the Minority Business Development Agency (https://www.nmmbda.com/).

I also entered a Call for Art at the Garagedoor Gallery. I will keep you posted if I am selected as one of the artists.

I am continually working with NM Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. I created a business plan last year that wasn't approved and I am thinking of creating a new one now that I am getting my footing here in Albuquerque. Wish me luck 🍀

I am also trying to figure out how to pay my membership fees for MENSA. I have been accepted. I have not been able to cover my membership fees yet. I hope that will be very enriching and a great source for networking.

The reason why my business plan was not approved is because I lack marketing skills. I have learned that marketing a brand has a lot to do with storytelling. This is a starting attempt at that.

I have also worked with SCORE Mentors and New Mexico OUT Business Alliance (https://www.nmoba.org/).
