If you’ve ever walked into a home expecting the worst… you know why I mentally prepared before opening this door.

The last move-out we dealt with had roaches in the fridge, grease on every wall, and a house of belongings left behind. So I was fully expecting chaos.

But this time? The house was in such good shape.

Just doing a deep clean, wiping everything down, freshening up the bathrooms and floors, and getting it ready for the next tenants.

Honestly, good tenants really don’t realize how much this kind of care is appreciated.

My daughter’s bathroom will humble you real quick. I didn’t redo this space just for it to feel messy all the time, so I’ve been keeping it simple with my go-to scrubbingbubbles - now in Rainshower, Petal Paradise, and Floral Fusion. Spray, let it foam, wipe it down, done. I use it across soo many surfaces, so I’m not pulling out five different products every time this happens (which is… often).

I think I’ve officially outgrown this dining room… and I need help deciding what direction to take it.

The chandelier is staying because I still love her, but the rest of the room? I’m torn. I mocked up a few ideas to make the space feel more timeless, modern, and less glam.

Option 1: Remove the mirror wall completely & add a picture
Option 2: Reframe the mirror wall to feel more architectural
Option 3: New chairs + a softer, more modern vibe

Which one would you choose? Because I’ve stared at these renders way too long at this point.
