FUN FRIDAY: Youuuu guys, It’s actually happened!!!

If you remember, in May we shared a story about finding a handmade ceramic MCM owl, tree branch, and butterfly.

When we brought them back to the shop, we realized that there were missing pieces because of how the branch was created.

Naturally, we figured the other pieces were lost or broken over the years, but someone would surely love the owl and butterfly just the way they are.

To our surprise and delight during our research, we found 2 very similar owls that had recently been sold / purchased on Facebook with the same signature / marking on the back.

They were made by the same person!!!

On a whim, we reached out to the seller to see if she still had the information on the buyer.

Thankfully, she did.

And when we reached out to the buyer, we weren't even sure if she'd get our message - because we're not "friends" and the message could have easily gone into the "other folder" never to be seen.

Wildly, the buyer did receive our message and was over the moon to have such fantastic luck that we had found her.

Never did she think she would have a complete set, and yet within 30 minutes of us first reaching out to her, the owl and butterfly were reunited with the rest of the flock.

Fast forward one month later...
DRUMROLL PLEASE…
The buyer kept her promise and sent us a photo after finding just the right place to hang them up in her home.

We love this so much.

They look even better than we could have imagined.
