Some projects are almost impossible to get after photos because clients move into their newly renovated spaces, life gets busy and it just never happens. I stumbled across these from a project that dates back to just before covid hit and thought I should post them. I was very excited to work in the warm wood tones through the vanity and tie it in with the warm wood trim and doors throughout the home. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL vertical offset taupy toned tile on the shower walls. This was a guest and master bathroom done at the same time. I wish I he’d better photos of the vanities because they are gorgeous!

Here’s to the good times! This w**e bar area was a blank space plumbed for a sink and this is what we created. Double w**e refrigerators was that starting point and then came the rest. We widened the opening to allow for seating and this beautiful waterfall edge in a quartz that has so much character! The cabinets are a dark stained maple with a 3D large format tile backsplash. It was very important to incorporate mood lighting between the interior lit upper display cabinets, under cabinet lighting and a furniture style toe-kick that’s backlit. We had the perfect space to tuck a full size refrigerator and had to find a place to tuck away the microwave for popcorn popping on movie nights. This was the focal point of designing this basement renovation project and I’d say it turned out amazing! I am certain they are going to enjoy hosting and enjoying some delicious w**e…cheers!

This family room and rec area was carefully designed to be the perfect space for family time and entertaining. The tv wall was built around tv size and incorporating the beautiful wall sconces. We wanted to create a display space that doesn’t need to be dusted often and the soft glow from cabinet lighting makes for great movie night ambiance. We carefully worked out our space plan for furnishings and we have plenty of seats in front of the tv, with swivel chairs that can turn towards the w**e bar area. Leather rolling chairs are super comfortable and easy to move around as needed. The black iron table seemed to be the perfect match for style and possible red w**e spill. I was told that the clients absolutely love their “his & hers” swivel chairs and leather ottomans…I think I might like them too! ;) The stair railing was redone to compliment our newly designed space and we really opened things up removing walls and highlighting the w**e cellar when you first walk down the stairs. (With a future w**e box feature wall coming up.) The pool table was recovered in black felt to bring it all together. We embraced the warm oak existing pool table by carefully sprinkling warm colors of camel leather and wood tones throughout. All new electrical, lighting and gorgeous light fixtures too. This project turned out so beautifully and it feels like a completely different and new space compared to before. Such great clients and they took every bit of design direction I gave and trusted me every step of the way. I am over joyed at how wonderful it turned out and love seeing how much they love it and enjoy it! THIS is a huge reason as to why I love my job. When a client completely trusts me to design their dream area for family and friends, that’s how a great space is created and it’s all about who you share it with!

This is my first renovation project that required working in a gorgeous new sauna and working with a client that loves and appreciates the attention to detail made this bathroom some HOT STUFF! I’m in love with the wainscoting, trim details and lighting that completely sets the mood and creates a perfect space to relax.
