What’s for dinner tonight?

Looking for something a little different than this is the recipe for you.

Pot roast meatballs 

Ingredients:

One bag, premade meatballs
One bag of carrots ( I like to use baby carrots, but any kind of carrot will do)
3 to 4 roasted potatoes
One packet of AuJu
One packet onion soup mix

Directions
Spray, crockpot, and place premade meatballs in
Wash and cut up carrots and potatoes
Add AuJu and onion soup mix
Stir in 2 cups of water
Turn crockpot on low cook until carrots and potatoes are tender

Fajita Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cooked chicken about 3 large breasts
2 cups instant rice
1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup frozen diced onion and bell pepper blend
1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with chilies like RoTel, undrained
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 packet 1.12 oz fajita seasoning
1 bag 8 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese about 2 cups

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until race is tender

I made this the week my daughter had her second baby and couldn't get out of bed. I drove two casserole dishes over to her house so she'd have dinner ready for three nights. She called me crying on the fourth day because the pan was empty and her husband wanted to know when the next one was coming.

1️⃣ Mix everything in one bowl
2️⃣ Pour into baking dish
3️⃣ Spread evenly
4️⃣ Bake 350°F for 30 mins

Creamy, cheesy, and that soft broccoli bite… pure comfort in every spoonful.

Quick pepper steak

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoon tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (14.5 ounce) beef broth
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 tablespoon canola oil
Two large green peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/2 cup sliced celery
Three green onion
4 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
In a bowl, combined cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder stir in broth until smooth. Add soy sauce and molasses set aside.
In a nonstick skillet or walk stirfry steak and oil for 4 to 5 minutes removing and keep warm, stirfry peppers, celery, and onions until crisp-tender, about five minutes
Sure, broth mixture and add two vegetables. Return the meat to the pan. Bring to boil cook and stir until thicken about two minutes. Stir and lemon juice serve over noodles or rice if desired.

Ravioli lasagna

Ingredients:
One package 20 to 25 ounce frozen ravioli
One container, 15 ounce part skim milk, ricotta cheese
One package 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and
One egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon dried basil
One jar, 26 to 30 ounce prepared pasta sauce
8 ounce shredded four cheese pizza blend
3/4 cup shredded asiago or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Ravioli, according to package directions, drain set aside. In a small bowl, combined ricotta, cheese, spinach, egg, and basil set aside spread one cup of pasta sauce in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray tap with half of the cooked ravioli in a single layer spread ricotta cheese mixture over ravioli. Sprinkle evenly with four cheese blend. Top with remaining ravioli and pasta sauce bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until
sauce is bubbly around the edges. Sprinkle with asiago cheese over the top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Chicken and asparagus bake

Ingredients:
One onion, chopped
One canned cream of mushroom soup undiluted
Fresh mushrooms(optional)
One can 5 ounce evaporated milk
2 teaspoon teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese
5 to 5 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
One package, frozen, or fresh asparagus
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter

Directions:

In a large pan, sautéed onions and butter and stir and cream of mushroom soap, milk, mushrooms, soy sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper
Stirred and cheese until me melted
In a grease 9 x 13 layer half chicken asparagus cheese sauce repeat
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes

Serve plain or over rice

Hot Cocoa Yeast Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup warm milk + 1/2 cup warm water (roughly 110°F/43°C).
1 tbsp active dry yeast.
2 tbsp sugar.
Cocoa: 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or 4 packets hot cocoa mix).
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
4-4.5 cups all-purpose flour.
1tsp salt

Inclusions: 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional).

Directions:

Activate Yeast: In a large bowl, whisk warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough: Add melted butter, salt, cocoa powder, and half the flour. Mix until incorporated, then add remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Knead: Knead on a floured surface for 5–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Inclusions: Punch down the dough and knead in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Shape & Second Rise: Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise again for 30–45 minutes.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the top with milk or butter. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
Cool: Let it cool completely before slicing to ensure the marshmallows and chocolate set.
