My first attempt at sous vide - low temperature cooking where food is placed in a plastic pouch and cooked in a water bath for longer than usual cooking times (this recipe was almost two hours) at a precisely regulated temperature. The TM7 is amazing for regulating the temperature! The steaks were delicious 🥩

Summer solstice had me up late trying a new recipe after a dear friend dropped off some freshly cut rhubarb! I can’t wait to have this Rhubard, Clove and Ginger Jam on a slice of sourdough or add to my yogurt for breakfast tomorrow!
